Shipping

All order are shipped Monday to Friday. Weekend orders are shipped out on next business working day.
All local orders are shipped by Qxpress.
Order will be shipping out within 48hours from placement.
Estimated shipping time within Singapore is 2 days from date of order.
If the address or postal code is incorrect, delivery may fail and the customer is responsible for the incorrectly entered address. Customer will have to bear any cost incurred to retrieve the parcel.
We offer FOC shop pickup. Please bring along order confirmation during pickup.
Customer can also choose to get their courier to pickup their orders. Please choose store pick up so you don't incur any shipping charges.

Exchanges

Items are exchangeable within 30 days from date of purchase. Strictly no refunds.
Returns can be done in our store at 277, Orchard Road #02-09/10 Orchard Gateway Singapore 238858. Opening hours 12pm to 9pm
All items returned has to be in original condition, with tags still intact.
We DO NOT accept returns of gripped decks or assembled custom complete skateboards.
Skateboards must be returned without being skated, with plastic still on.
All skateboard parts cannot be exchanged or returned once assembled.
