For inverted kingpin, use the thicker black kingpin screw. For standard conversion, use the thinner kingpin screw with the nut, put the screw in from the bottom of the kingpin and use two tools, one to hold the screw in the bottom and one to tighten the nut at the top, with standard conversion you have to adjust tightness with the trucks taken off of the board, which is just how it has to be so that one truck can feature both options. Next, insert the pivot cup from the bottom of the baseplate. Mount the trucks to your deck using the 4 screws. Now tighten the kingpin a bit (it will be too loose initially) and you're good to go. Please note that if you want to ride loose trucks you will need to install your own bushings.
