How to use your NS LifeSG in our physical store.

The NS55 credits are valid for one year upon issuance. 

$0 balance? Check again in a few days.

During the month of November, your NS LifeSG credits available balance may be shown as $0. This is because the credits will be progressively awarded in batches throughout the entire month. Please check back at the end of November to view your actual available balance.

 

 How to use your NS LifeSG  credit on our online store.

 1. Add your shopping to cart.

2. At checkout, choose Hitpay Payment Gateway as your payment mode.

3. You will be a directed to an external page by Hitpay. Close the pop up that prompt you to choose your banking app.

4. Take a screenshot of the QR code shown if you're shopping on your mobile phone OR scan the QR code shown using your LifeSG App if you're on the computer.

5. Open your LifeSG App

6. Scroll until you see your NS LifeSG credit.

7. Click view details.

8. Click Scan QR code to pay.

9. Upload saved QR via the photo gallery

10. Complete the payment and your purchase is complete.
